FLC TV - March 1 Sermon - Colossians 3: God’s Purpose for You
Colossians 3:1-4: Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
2015 Women's Retreat: "When We Pray in One Accord"
The 2015 Women's Retreat will be held April 10 & 11 beginning on Friday evening at 6 p.m. and lasting until Saturday afternoon 4 p.m. The full two-day stay includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch as well as a cozy bed but there is a lower priced option for those attending only on Saturday with lunch provided. The retreat will be held in the NEW facility at Yellowstone Alliance Adventures Please bring your Bible. Facility is fully handicap-accessible. We encourage car-pooling. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, & toiletries. Please make checks payable to First Lutheran Church; memo: Women’s retreat. Turn in completed registration forms at First Lutheran Church office. Scholarships are available, contact Christine Sommers-Austin with any questions.
